This report has been produced by the South West Clinical Senate for Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) and provides recommendations following a Clinical Review Panel (CRP) that convened on 19th June 2018 to review the BSW STP proposals for transformation of their maternity services.
